“So we accepted Brendan's Fixed price quote to come and put the finishing touches/corrections to our complete house renovation. This involved rendering and detailing the new porch and relaying the pathway. Modernising the 1980s bin store to accept taller modern bins whilst making a sliding door from scratch. Refurb the garage including replaster paint and fitting a kitchen at the back of it . Then various small projects such as putting new fencing up. All jobs undertaken with real attention to detail - The guys even got our Jacuzzi bath working - researching a spare part one evening, ordering it and fitting it - something that was beyond our plumbing supplier for 6 months. So the team had all the skills, brilliant attitude and communication - every day checking we were happy and on Schedule and that the site was spotless. Payment of the fixed price at the end was frankly a joy - this is how all building projects should run and I am delighted to recommend Nicholas James.”

Since the contractor began the works Seán and Stephen have project managed every aspect of the construction programme, providing us with detailed weekly updates and explaining everything to us in layman’s terms. They consistently fight our corner with the contractor on a number of technical and cost-related issues which gives us real confidence that the project is in safe hands. So far we have enjoyed a stress-free project thanks to their project management skills”

It was badly laid-out and draughty when we bought it for a good price. We decided to invest the saving in a new kitchen, 2nd bathroom, insulation and upgrade to modern electrics. After speaking with various builders we settled on Asset PM because of the combination of Karolina's calm sense of organisation and Robert's extensive previous build experience. The team was easy to deal with and kept us informed as the works progressed (we briefly moved out to family). One of the things that impressed us is that Asset PM honoured their original quote even though costs went up mid-way through the project due to unexpected inflation. “We had an extension made in 2008 and all our bathrooms were remodelled. New wires and plumbing on large parts of the house and a new heatingsystem . The previous foundations on the existing extension had to beredug ( deeper ). Earl & Calam did a highly professional job and the standard of work was very high and above all the quality. It has really 8 years later stood the test of time. Throughout the process the communication was good, when a problem arose ( as it does when doing massive buildingwork) a solution was found. The carpentry skills were to a high standard and their contacts in subcontracting other skilled professionals were good too so the plumber was great, the decorator, the specialist flooring guys. Not only did they do an amazing job with my stone floor but I had this beautiful reclaimed herring bone parquet flooring that arrived in dirty minute pieces that were later magically transformed into my beautiful polished floor. They are great with smart storage solutions. One of the bathrooms the architect had designed but the other one Earl& Calam designed for me and it is great. Would def recommend and use again”
