“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“BDS construction did an amazing job "bringing to life" a vision we had for our dining room. Customized beams (workers cut and assembled these outside in the middle of winter!), wainscoting and paint were included in our project. The workers were neat and very "perfectionistic" in their painting technique and in the care taken to keep our home clean while working on the project. It is now my favorite room in the house. in addition, we had immediate help in partially finishing our basement ( to separate play area from utilities) after a house fire. Our home has very low ceilings (home is over 100 years) and we thought we could never finish or partially finish the space. With a small space to work with, BDS framed and put up dry wall including three different types of custom doors to provide access to the furnace, laundry facilities and work space. BDS once again worked with our ideas offering many options design and price. Overall, the work was completed in neat and timely manner, communication was excellent, and the collaboration of ideas for our final design was great!”

“After serious water damage that required the demolition of most of our condo's kitchen in the spring of 2012, Jeff from Relevant Homes was our man on the spot. Having to move out of our home for 6 weeks with 2 kids under 3, we knew we wanted to rebuild it to look better than the dated look we had before, but didn't have the time, energy, or aptitude to figure out the details. Jeff stepped in and saved the day, redesigning our entire kitchen with an amazingly cool new layout, color scheme, appliances, cabinetry, lighting, and fixtures. Jeff walked us through every step of the process and guided us through every design decision so that it felt like "our" kitchen even though he was doing most of the legwork. This included creating graphical models/schematics, personally accompanying us to suppliers and hardware vendors, researching the best appliances, and coming up with creative ways to meet our budget. Although we worked with remediators and another contractor to perform most of the physical demo and rebuild work, Jeff oversaw their efforts and provided guidance on how that work would be done most effectively. Almost a year later, we are in love with our new kitchen; we never thought we'd be so thankful that our old kitchen was destroyed! “The kitchen Bogdan created for us is the prettiest kitchen I have ever had. I just pinch myself that it is ours, and that I get to cook in it every day. We live in a 1902s vintage condominium that has some beautiful details, and he created a kitchen as gracious as the property deserves. He helped us with the design, he listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the finishes, and even when he ran into a challenge (every single wall was cement) he never made us feel like anything was a problem. As we changed our mind on things, and added on air conditioning, and then a bathroom redo, he kindly performed beautiful work. His team was wonderful to have in our home- even taking care of our elderly dog when he needed it. This was just all so.....easy. And the results so beautiful.
