“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“From our initial meeting with designer Meagan, we immediately knew that the WC Design Center would be the perfect fit for our remodeling needs. From the professionalism of the interior design expert Meagan, business accountant Melissa, and owner and designer Candy to the actual remodeling process under the auspices of Javier, the project manager, our first remodeling experience was extremely rewarding. Any concerns or changes that we expressed or desired as the project went forward were immediately implemented into the design by Meagan and flawlessly put into place by the contractors. Meagan’s vision and design for our modern open concept kitchen and living room surpassed our expectations and although the remodel was completed in December 2013, there is not a day that goes by that we do not look at our new space and marvel at the beauty and functionality that came about as a result of that fortuitous day when we walked into the WC Design Center. We consider the WC Design Center the hallmark of excellence in design, service and final results. The evidence to support our trust in the WC Design Center is going to unfold shortly as we embark on our next remodel projects, the guest bathroom and master bathroom, which will once again be designed by the highly talented interior designer Meagan Pobanz. “We hired of de la Rosa Construction for our home remodel , which was completed in March, 2014. The work done included, but was not limited to, a completely remodeled entryway (including a new stairway), a gutted and remodeled powder room, 3 remodeled fireplaces, and remodeling in the kitchen which included a new island, countertops/backsplash and lighting. He was reliable, easily accessible, always communicated the progress of the project and he was honest. He took personal interest in ensuring that quality work was being done in the home. He utilized sub-contractors who were also reliable and provided quality work. He worked closely with my husband and I, often very patiently, to help and guide us through the many decisions that must be made during a remodel. He provided several beautiful custom details, such as custom wainscoting in the powder room and entryway and a custom mantle for one fireplace. I am thrilled with how everything in the home turned out and urge you to check out some of the photographs posted by this contractor if you wish to see photos of the project. Any home remodel is stressful, and having a skilled, reliable contractor who I could trust made all the difference.
