“Spectrum has done a full bathroom and basement renovation for us, in addition to several smaller projects including replacing all the exterior doors to the house and refinishing our front porch. The quality of the work is excellent. Communicating for the purpose of planning and providing feedback is easy due to their rapid response and liberal use of email and cell contact. They responded well to feedback regarding the work site when we had complaints about dust and so forth. The quality of their work holds up; our bathroom completed in 2008 continues to be in terrific condition. They were described by the person who referred them, an architect, very accurately. "They're not the cheapest, but they're the best." I highly recommend them.”

“Work was completed in my kitchen - removal of one wall and existing floor (3 different types); reconstuction of pantry; installation of new 3 drawer cabinet, new floor, countertop, back splash, and new lighting. MW Construction management and staff were very professional and courteous. The staff came as scheduled and management kept me appraised of progress throughout the project. Management personally helped with my selection of flooring, countertop, and back splash; and I received contractor pricing even though I personally paid for the items separately (no overhead added for MW Contruction). Items in and around contruction zone were protected throughout the project and construction area was cleaned up at the end of each work day. The end result is beautiful and of high quality. “We can't say enough about Michael Sauri and his crew at TriVistaUSA. Our remodel was rather extensive, adding to and changing over 75% of our house. TriVistaUSA reworked our kitchen and sunroom into a massive greatroom/kitchen, moved the deck, turned our old deck into my office, and added a master suite downstairs among other things. We had begun the construction with a different contractor who turned out to be a crook. He abandoned our project in massive disarray, no roof, walls open to the elements and a heap of trash filling the back yard. Michael came in and put us back together. Not only did TriVistaUSA complete our dream home on schedule and on budget, but they did this after having to clean up, assess and repair the mess left behind by the prior contractor. Through all of that, one of my favorite things about TriVistaUSA was how willing they were not just to offer suggestions for design and construction, but to listen to our ideas - to find out who we were and what we wanted in a home. “Melissa was recently the Case designer on our total kitchen renovation and she brought style and spark to every interaction, clearly relishing each challenge. She partnered with our project director, Mary Englert, in a seamless and fun way, and I was surprised to learn they'd only just begun working together, which speaks to their professionalism. Our 25-year old kitchen was worn down from raising a family, loving to cook and entertain, and hosting a constant stream of houseguests, and the space had no architectural flexibility. I'd already developed a concept to make the most out of the footprint, and Melissa was willing to run with it. I thought I was forward-thinking with 2 cabinet colors and 2 distinct countertops, but she encouraged me to go even bigger by adding a third cabinet color-- that inspiration distinguishes the entire look of our space! She then brought impressive focus and attention to every component of the extremely complex cabinet order that resulted from such a variety of finishes and dimensions. I marvel at all the details Melissa kept front and center of her own process, preserving symmetry here and allowing for rhythm there. Every time I look at our new kitchen, I'm thankful for her fresh views and salute how she layered more jazz onto my initial vision.
