We particularly appreciated interior designer, Kristen, who helped us create a classic, warm ambience; and project manager, Matt, who was always there with a smile and a plan when the going got tough; and, of course, Highmark owner Jim who had the vision of what our home could be to begin with and who got the whole process rolling. We just finished our yearlong remodeling project and are very happy with the result; we now have a home that will be energy efficient, safe, and stylish for the next 100 years. “Quality Cut is an excellent remodeling company. They remodeled my kitchen/dining room area, removing a wall to make more open and redoing everything from the floor up. Kent gave a detailed initial estimate and updated as the project progressed as I changed some of the finishes. The final cost was within $100 of what I expected. Andre and Nick did much of the carpentry. They arrived when they said they would be here and were very professional and nice and cleaned up as they went along (even during demo). They were open to my input and questions and didn't make me feel like I was interfering. Kent responded promptly to emails and phone calls and kept me updated on status every step of the way. The subs that Quality Cut uses are also just as experienced and professional. Overall every single person's attention to detail was exceptional. I am picky but they are pickier. They completed the job within 5 days of the initial estimated time. I am completely happy with the final product and would recommend them to anyone.”

“I highly recommend Edit Design Build Studio! We talked to a few builders before we first talked with Edit Design Build Studio. The builders didn't seem to have a vision for us and our space. They left us feeling confused and uncertain. However, when we talked to Edit, they gave us the important information we needed right away. They also told us what we could expect with the budget we offered them. They helped us understand the whole process and took away our confusion. Not only that, but they also took the time to understand us as a couple and a family so we could get the absolute most out of the space we were adding/remodeling within the budget we had. I am so glad we went with a design/build team instead of just a builder. It was amazing to have a team on our side who stayed with us through the whole process. Edit did a great job keeping to schedule and budget. They were always very open and honest with us about the budget. They let us know right away when something wasn't in our budget. And when there might be some question about the pricing of something, they made sure to give us several options and the prices of all of them, so we could choose the one that made the most sense for us. At the end of the project, we stayed within our budget and there were no surprises. As for our project's schedule, we knew when it was going to start, when each part of the project was going to be done, and when it was going to be finished. Edit always kept us up to date on what was going to happen the next day and the next week. If anything was going to be delayed, they let us know right away. This made it much easier to live with the on-going construction.”
