“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“Complete renovation of 1950s Georgian; electric, plumbing, roof to flooring. We moved out for 10 mos. for the project. The job was completed on time and beautifully executed with each change order quoted, documented and signed. Delta has been a renovator since 1985 specializing in kitchen and cabinet desig Crew is talented, trustworthy, respectful. They have been with Delta for many years showing the capability of the management and the communication within the company. Owner, Mark Zurek expects nothing but perfection and accountability from his employees, subs and the professionals he works with. For example, one year after the completion of the job, Mark came over to see our cement driveway that had cracks in it. He had the sub come back and re-do the job on their bill. He was still not satisfied and had done again. He was fully accountable to his workmanship. This blew us away! His master carpenters built our Library panelling, shelving and our mudroom lockers. I showed pictures of what I liked and they dew up a custom plan and it is beautiful. We completed our job 6 years ago and we are still in awe of Delta Renovation's workmanship. We hire Delta to work on our house to this day. I would recommend him to anyone hands down.”

“We have a 60 year old "mid century" ranch home in Elmhurst. Tom helped us design the perfect addition for our house. We added a family room and enlarged the kitchen to make it more useful. The addition adds so much to the house and the lines are in keeping with the original design of the house - no odd looking roof lines. He was perfectly amenable to our ideas and incorporated them in the interior design. He has a great eye for materials and we are not disappointed with going with top of the line windows and doors. Tom was also great in explaining where we would get the most bang for our buck and where we could be a bit more conservative - very important to keeping within budget! The project came in on time and we couldn't be happier with the results. More recently he assisted me in designing updates to my very dated living room. He helped with plans for built ins on either side of our very large fireplace. The design was perfect and helped with ordering the materials needed to update. Again, great suggestions and recommendations to budget and to stay on budget.”

“ABM did a first rate job on very challenging total house renovation. The home was lifted off its foundation and a completely new basement was poured. The home was set back down and a new garage and family room addition was added. Fireplaces, dormers and a porch were added. All the mechanicals were replaced or upgraded. The roof, siding, windows and doors were all replaced. Toni and Rob kept the project on schedule and their communication was great. They really took a genuine interest in my home and made sure things were done right. I give ABM and son my highest recommendation.”

“in response to the review posted by Shaun Donegan I have to defend myself but there's always two sides to every story his mother is the owner of the house she came to me as a referral by a friend I done work for she claims she's single mother parent with no money and wants to finish her lower level. after reducing the project cost twice to meet her budget point we proceeded to do the work naturally material values hasn't decrease also she wanted two floors but couldn't afford them end up using laminate she need to save money and other is decided she wanted to tile the shower herself so after waiting many weeks for her to take a course at the Tile Shop and try to do it herself which also appeared to have that kind of a finish to it after weeks of that process she wanted me to come back to do more work on the project instantly while I'm involved in another project it was difficult returning to the project any day because it was a given that there would be cat feces all over the material to work with or in the area you need to be working they wouldn't clean it up I had to clean up after their cat daily all in all it was no experience on either side I gave them a very very accommodating price point on the project and explained or if other work that pays my normal rates came up I would have to take it that was part of the reason for the drastic reduction in her project more or less as a favor to the other client being her friend as for the individual who posted the review her son lives in one end of the lower level of his mother's house supposedly has a degree but stays home all day smokin dope and passing judgement on people trying to earn a living”
