“Eric did an amazing job with my remodel! The hardwood floors came out excellent, and have become the focal point of my house. He also installed a french patio door that has completely improved the look of my dining room. He also hand built a mantel for my fireplace, that people constanly ask me where I purchased it! I have more work to do on the house, and Eric with Northwest Precision Remodeling will be my first choice of contractors.”

“I was introduced to Alex Schenkar after interviewing two other groups for coordination of our project which included. Complete exterior remodel including doors, windows, roof, new 2500 foot hardscape with inset pool/spa, construction of a new covered deck. Early on in our demolition project I had an issue with how our bid was put together. Alex and his wife, joined my wife and I for an evening where he listened openly to our concerns. Helped arrive at a good resolution and allowed us to continue to move forward on a tight and efficient construction schedule. Throughout our project I have thrown him curve balls and he has hit them all. Understanding our goals and vision for the project, being open to suggestions and finding solutions to the problems my "suggestions" sometimes create! We are mid-process on our home and I am confident Alex will delivery an amazing product for us. More as we continue!”

Finished on time as agreed. Always available for questions, problems or other issues. Came in on budget. All subcontractors were of excellent quality. Even after completion of the job, they have been helpful and responsive to us. They made a stressful process as stress-free as it could possibly be. We had complete confidence in their ability to give us a quality end product. We were extremely pleased.”
