She was very helpful with all the many important decisions that must be made in building a new home. We came to Bob with an architect-designed plan and he input it into his CAD program and came up with a number of improvements and enhancements. Our new home on a lake in Harvard is well-built and highly energy-efficient. The Kodys were great to work with during the 10 month building process and brought the project in on budget (except for some scope changes on our part) and on time. “We cannot imagine that any group could have done better in renovating our 1862-built home than Gary Streck CRM, Inc. They oversaw a top-to-bottom refitting of a home that was poorly lit, had knob-and-tube wiring, lacked central air conditioning, and had the original Victorian woodwork (which while beautiful showed the ravages of time). They had access to skilled artisans who brought care and imagination to the thousands of puzzles posed by making a house modern but preserving period detail. Bathrooms were remodeled, a state-of-the-art home theater was created, and a whole floor was reconstructed. Gary Streck CRM kept them on the job, on deadline, and within budget. Always professional and always setting the highest standards for any of the jobs performed. Thanks to them, we know that we live in an historic home but remain warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and well lit. The "Old World" level of craftmanship is evident in every room. “About a year and half ago I worked with Sean Cutting and Cutting Edge Homes to remodel an older home just outside of Boston. The Cutting Edge Team was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process as a first-time remodeler. At the onset of the project, Sean and his Project Managers were very hands-on working directly with me during the initial planning/design phases and clearly explaining the project steps/timeline. They were also extremely conscious of my desired budget range and timeline for the project. Once the renovation started the onsite team was extremely polite, professional and engaging. When I would show up onsite they would take time to explain what they were working on and show the progress they had made. I also received lots of positive feedback from neighbors on my street on the professionalism of the onsite crew. Neighbors were very happy to see that the crew took time at the end of every day to fully clean up the work site.
