“Saville Construction was asked to quote on and then execute the full renovation of our flat in central London. The proposal was first rate and included costs down to the smallest of details; meaning we had no extra charges during the project except for those which we as clients incurred by asking for changes mid-project. This was something no other company asked to tender for the work had managed to include in their proposals and set Saville’s above the competition. Guy was accurate and timely in all of his communications and provided advice on style and what was most likely to appeal to future tenants. This is invaluable anyway but as we were managing the project from abroad this was essential to us and exceeded expectations. Saville Construction was a recommendation by word of mouth and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone for completing their own projects. A huge amount of trust was placed in Guy to carry out the project when we couldn’t be there to check on it or supervise it. He and his team repaid that trust at every level and gave us confidence throughout that the project was in hand, being completed to a high standard and was above all serious value for money. Best of luck to him and the team for growing the business over the coming years, they deserve great success.”
