“We hired Dover Home Remodelers for a basement project 9 years ago. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and Dover's professionals really showed us what we could get out of it. We were able to add another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a new laundry room and plenty of space for our growing family. What we really enjoyed about working with Dover was that they spelled everything out ahead of time, they met their deadlines and budgets, and when they ran into difficulties they worked with us to actually improve upon the original design. It has been 9 years but we still get nothing but complements on our remodel project. We cannot recommend their work enough.”

“R.B. Schwarz and his crew of professionals completely remodeled our master bath and upgraded the electrical panel and plumbing in our century home. His work was second to none, his professionalism exemplary. He and his crew were very careful of our home and contents. As a designer I work with professional contractors all the time. “This is a top-notch company. Mike and Jim are smart problem-solvers, creative thinkers and great people. They brought skilled artisans to work on our major renovation which resulted in a wonderful new kitchen, truly the heart of our home, in our beautiful old (1923) home. It was important to us to have the new kitchen feel appropriate to the period architecture of our house and it does. This was a very large project and could have been beset by frustration, delay and poor communication. Instead it was a smoothly managed project that gives us great pleasure everyday.”

“We used Mike from Artisans Design Group to remodel our kitchen, breakfast area and relocate the entrance from the garage. Mike is very creative, thinks out of the box, has very competent employees(which were great to have in the house) and above all, they are great craftsman. The work took as long as Mike originally stated, about two and a half months. Because Mike got me to move out of my comfort zone, the kitchen is really great! We even have a coffee bar in an unused space above the stair well! Grays, whites and antqiue chandeliers where never in my original plan. I had no question as to who I was going to use in the kitchen as we used Artisan for a back splash/hood in our previous home and Artisan rebuilt our neighbor's older back sun porch and when completed, looked like a major room in the house with so much more style The bathrooms are next!!”

“I've now had Smartland handle three jobs, all big, at my home. They've previously restored my floors after a flood and rebuilt my garage after a neighbor drove into the back of it. Now they've also replaced all my siding, over the entire house. It was a tricky job, not least because, after the siding was damaged by my neighbor's accident, I had to deal with two different insurance companies over the cost and coverage issues. Smartland did more than contract for the job--they handled all the negotiations with the two companies. My house looks great!”
