After moving in, I asked him to price subsequent work (electrical, running cable, sheetrock work, etc.). and they were in/out of my place, including sheetrock repairs/taping/floating/painting in 3 days! I observed NO DUST, which was unbelievable with the scope of work involved. His workers are respectful and go above and beyond to do their work without interrupting your life in the process. Bob has continually impressed me with how very clean and considerate the subs are while working inside my home. His guys show up when he says they will, he accurately estimates how long the job(s) will take and he delivers every time. Not only that, but he stands behind his work and doesn't hesitate to do whatever it takes to ensure I am a happy customer. THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY RARE IN BOB'S TYPE OF BUSINESS.
