“While facilitating the closing of our home, the CBC professionals also helped us to identify a lot that met our needs in the desirable Spring Valley area. They simultaneously helped us to discern what type of builder would align with our wants, needs, values and pocketbook. From the experiences of many friends and colleagues, the process of selecting the “right” builder is typically difficult, complex and fraught with uncertainty. In our case, however, we must say that the process of finding our builder, with the help of the CBC team, was relatively simple and easy. The ease of that process gave us more time and freedom to consider what we wanted in our home and we moved forward relatively quickly! We are about 50% complete with our home now and are on time, on budget, and we see the quality of our home as it is being built…we are there almost every day observing! Working with the CBC Team has made what is very often a stressful, time-consuming and dynamic process almost seamless! ` I would highly recommend you using CBC to assist you in finding the right builder and the right location for your new custom home! “Jeff and his team were wonderful to work with. We love that the home is energy efficient and overall we had a great experience with Sonderfan. The project stayed on track despite difficulty arising from our bank not funding draws on time and Hurricane Harvey, Jeff didn't miss a beat. The craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. We made several changes along the way and Jeff catered to our needs without breaking the bank. We would use Sonderfan again.”

“I'm guessing there are two major types of people who write reviews: Those who are very pleased, and those who are pissed off. Fortunately for my wife and me, we are VERY pleased with Incredible Renovations! These folks are professional through-and-through. For example: (1) They know how to deliver a GREAT renovation, and to do so, they work with you carefully, and they work with contractors they trust. They are communicative start-to-finish (forgot something? tell them! need to follow up after the job is done? give them a call!). (2) We have used Incredible Renovations to renovate our master bathroom, our bedroom, our hallway and study, our trim around windows, and now our driveway and security gate and fence. We are thrilled with both the process and the result. (3) If anything deviates from the original plan (and you are unrealistic if you think there will be zero wrinkles in a big construction project!), they will be professional, honest, quick, and friendly in handling those issues to your ultimate satisfaction. Incredible Renovations has won many awards for their work. But like all businesses, they depend on word of mouth as essential. Incredible Renovations has developed a relationship with us -- we are not treated like a number (or a check) -- and so they have EARNED our loyalty and respect through their dedication to us and our projects. We gladly will refer to others - although we fear they will have less time for us! :)”

“We wanted to add on extra space to the house that we had previously renovated. We met Carlos from Ulloa designs, and as he is an Architect and builder , we were soon into the addition of about 1000 sq ft. The permitting was handled efficiently, as was the execution of all the design requests. There were a few issues with the HOA in our sub-division but that was also managed well by the builder. The final result is an interesting living room space,and a bedroom and bathroom. We would, and have, recommended Carlos to many people. He is helpful, artistic, and efficient. What more could you ask for?!”
