“We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. Overall we are very happy with the job and we would recommend CELLI Property Care to anyone looking to hire a responsible, fair and hardworking contractor. Emma Hughes”

“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “Fineva Construction came as a personal recommendation, and they did not disappoint. They built a kitchen extension and side return on our Victorian home in Beckenham. At the outset, they helped make all those tricky decisions I had no experience of, and looking back, we made all the right choices. All work was carried out within the 12 week schedule that was initially agreed and to the highest standards. As with any building work, there were small unforeseen issues that arose. But Pete Cook and his guys always had a solution ready and never tried to increase the cost because of them. The plans we had were always flexible, meaning that when our ideas evolved, they were always happy to incorporate them. They made useful suggestions on how to make improvements that we wouldn’t have thought of, such as adding soundproofing between the floors when the opportunity arose. The guys on site were all a pleasure to have around; courteous, polite and hard-working. As someone who works in the building industry, I was very impressed at every aspect of their work, and they are the top recommendation I have in my book of contacts!”

“Paul, Alison and team did a great job redecorating three of our bedrooms. They were always on time, were responsive to comments and achieved a great finish. Would definitely work with them again in the future. Remarkable finish on our house, great communication throughout our time with them. Therefore we highly recommend P&A for any design and build projects anyone may have. Especially if you're in the South-East area of London or Kent.”

“Elite Refurbishment have completed two projects for us over the past few years. We use them because they are professional, do very good quality work, diligent and do not allow things to be skimped. Our company APD Interiors Ltd is a full service Design and Build company, and any supplier we use has to reflect our high standards, quality levels and ethics. Elite Refurbishments does this perfectly and is a perfect fit in our organisation. They have recently worked on the transformation of 2 coalholes into a utility room. All services were provided by Elite for us - plumbing, electrics, tiling and decoration.”
