“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“We've had crews from SJ Janis work on two separate projects over the years; one was to remodel the entire four bedroom second floor (including taking off 5 layers of roofing!) of our 100 year old home. The second was five years later for a sun porch update. Both were conducted with professionalism that made us not lose sleep at night (at least the fact that they came on time every day, cleaned up routinely and were very amiable to work with). They had great ideas, had good work ethic, and made our first project (the whole family lived in our living room for nine months) very tolerable. Even with mostly different people for the two projects, the core values of the company were consistent.”

“I hired this firm to do a full renovation of my family room, powder room and kitchen last summer. They did a great job. I live in a 1927 home that is the home I grew up in. The kitchen was last updated (except some cosmetic work) in 1961 when my parents bought the home. I wanted a functional kitchen that opened into the family room, while staying within the footprint of the home and keeping the same aesthetic of the rest of the house. To say that I am pleased is an understatement. The group was friendly, professional, fun, and gave me the end result that is more than I had hoped for. I will use them in the future for other projects.”

“We had a tornado come through our small town and devastated our neighborhood. My insurance company gave us names of a few companies and we choose Paul Davis. They were fantastic, they listened to all of our concerns and wants. They completely gutted out our living room and loft and tore off everything on the outside, siding, roof, gutters and windows. They were great to work with. Absolutely no complaints.”

“I have worked with Tretow, LLC on a variety of projects for my lifestyle and design shop, Commonplace. Most notably, the design of our summer 2015 pop up in Milwaukee, WI. Working with Ryan we were able to transform a dark and beaten up space to something lighter and much more modern, perfectly matching the simple aesthetic of my shop's online presence. Communication was quick, easy and professional. Ideas were delivered and presented clearly and despite the quick pop-up timeline, care was taken each step of the way. I firmly believe the shop would not have come together the way it did working with another professional. Ryan even had the foresight to design our displays to "nest" together for easy storage and use in subsequent pop-ups.”
