“Absolutely excellent service from the minute go from 1st visit to measurements, planning of architects drawings, to meeting with the builder introduced by SKM Architects Midlands Property Developers Ltd who took on our project. Throughout the build inspection was arranged by SKM & builder we never had to worry about anything as it was all taken care of including extras, concrete pattern patio area, underfloor heating to letting us use Howdens to source our kitchen and doors which look amazing as now we have an amazing kitchen for our family to enjoy. Thankyou Sanjay @ SKM Architects & Team, Mitesh the Architect who listened to our design ideas and the rest of the team. Also like to Thank Narinda our builder and his team for making it all come true Thankyou all from Mr & Mrs P Mistry & Family.”

“We have, over the past year, renovated and extended an old Victorian, end of terrace house in South London. The property had a new floor built, (a loft conversion) and also a wrap around side return/infill kitchen. The brief to our architect and to Andrea was to open up the house and ensure our new home was light and airy. Andrea came highly recommended, having previously done work for a friend. She collaborated closely with us and the architect, providing clear visual mood boards throughout. She had an excellent understanding of products, internal finishes and textures which is bringing our new home to life. She listened to us carefully and worked with us and our ideas rather than imposing any views that she might have had. She was always on hand at the end of the phone/text/email. And latterly with lockdown she has been a whizz with different digital platforms and we have had quite a few virtual meetings and ‘tours’. Andrea has a great understanding of what products are out there and where to look and source things that you might need. She seems to have a lot of contacts in the interior design industry. We are very pleased with how things have gone and our relationship with Andrea. She is diligent and very trustworthy.”
