What started as a load bearing wall coming down ended up an unimaginable Beautiful, gorgeous "big" living room which I get many compliments to this day. He was mindful to make sure all work was really contained and cleaned up each day. Hs eye for details i.e., molding, color scheme, fireplace mantel framing off, was never missed and made sure he suggested any and all to home owner on how the enhancement would flow or improve.. “For our project, my wife and I wanted to build a house that "fit in" on a street full of charming 19th century New England style homes. Eric Gilmore, president of Gilmore Building Company, a custom home builder in central MA, worked with us and his architect associates to develop a concept that combined our custom floor plan goals with traditional architecture using the Greek Revival style prevalent on the street to build a "new old home". I've never hired a construction company before, so I had a ton of questions. Tonya scheduled a time to get an estimate on my edition. To my surprise the owner of the company came out to conduct it.
