“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “Balma Building Services were brilliant for our house refurbishment in Hither Green, Lewisham. It was my Wife and I's first house refurbishment, so was close to our heart to succeed. Joe Stammers is very personal, with a great "Get the Job done" mentality and commercial reasoning gets the project to work for his clients. I work for a major London residential property developer and think the quality of finish was fantastic. I would highly recommend Balma Building Services.”

“Fineva Construction came as a personal recommendation, and they did not disappoint. They built a kitchen extension and side return on our Victorian home in Beckenham. At the outset, they helped make all those tricky decisions I had no experience of, and looking back, we made all the right choices. All work was carried out within the 12 week schedule that was initially agreed and to the highest standards. As with any building work, there were small unforeseen issues that arose. But Pete Cook and his guys always had a solution ready and never tried to increase the cost because of them. The plans we had were always flexible, meaning that when our ideas evolved, they were always happy to incorporate them. They made useful suggestions on how to make improvements that we wouldn’t have thought of, such as adding soundproofing between the floors when the opportunity arose. The guys on site were all a pleasure to have around; courteous, polite and hard-working. As someone who works in the building industry, I was very impressed at every aspect of their work, and they are the top recommendation I have in my book of contacts!”

“We were very happy with the work that Ion, Sergiu and their team did on our extension. They delivered on time and to a high standard, they worked weekends/long hours to ensure the work progressed on schedule and also paid close attention to detail, to ensure everything was addressed and that the finish was excellent quality. They were very responsive to any requests we made to changes from the original plans and often provided helpful suggestions for improvements. The team were very professional and friendly and considerate, for example tidying up regularly. Would highly recommend!”

“We hired Kiril and his team to build an extension to our house. They did a good job, broadly on time even if some supervision was needed. More importantly, I do write a positive review because they proved reliable when it came to exercising the guarantee. It is unfortunate that we had to exercise it, but Kiril and his team did fix things and lived up to their commitment.”
