We knew exactly what the room would like due to the detailed sketch. They didn't mind changing the plans if we didn't like them. We had a choice of how we wanted to pay (either paying in three installments and or paying each sub contractors directly). If, you wanted to stay within a budget, they did't push you. They were very helpful and they let you pick out want you wanted and if you got stuck they helped you out with that.
