The project planning was smooth; Salil was very amendable through the design process and gave great suggestions/challenged alot of our ideas, all in our best interest. The project was quoted and budgeted and actually completed on time and on budget! He managed to get the kitchen reno finished in time for our Christmas hosting commitments which was a huge pressure for the team. Every detail was well thought-out and the quality of the kitchen is still excellent. I am already thinking about what next house projects to start and I would only think of going with Salil. The contract was put out to tender & whilst Decozest's quote was not the cheapest, they came highly recommended & put forward a very detailed quote of the works proposed. Steve & Sofia maintain a very helpful & proactive approach to the whole project. Large scale projects (to me) like this do not come cheap but it is essential that you choose a contractor that you can trust to do the job properly. From the initial free site consultation, I knew they were the right people for the job given their knowledge and bubbly personalities. Design drawings were completed in a reasonable time scale which had no issues with the planning division of the council. They were able to plan in the works prior to this approval to ensure there were no delays. As an added touch 3D visuals were supplied despite this not being on their service which allowed me to visualise the space. Can’t thank them enough for what they produced”
