“I used Aspen for our project, it was our second move from a flat to a house. We bought a house which required a complete refurbishment, in addition we decided to extend the property to the rear along with a loft conversion. The works took 8 months to complete as the entire house was gutted along with front and rear garden landscaping. Aspen were exceptional to work with from start to finish, very accommodating with some additional alterations which we decided to carry out during the build. We would highly recommend Aspen especially as no compromise was taken with our previous home.”

“We decided to choose MoreSpace to build our loft extension and were so glad we did. We were firstly consulted by Stuart Ellerby who gave us a thorough overview of what was involved in a loft extension and who is responsible for what during the project. His knowledge was first class and he spoke in layman’s terms and not jargon which we found very engaging and brought it to life. Once we agreed on the project, Stuart also kept in touch throughout with regular site visits and was also super responsive when we raised any questions. His aftercare has also been great. The team who built our loft was insane. The team was led by Jake and everyone in his team were super friendly and accommodating, whether it was popping up for a sneak peek on progress, asking any questions or looking to make slight adjustments. The finish of the job is perfect and exactly what we’d hoped for. They left the place clean and was complete within a much shorter time period than I expected. For such a large project, this felt like the easiest one I’ve had to undertake so far thanks to Stuart, Jake and his team. “Last year, Greg and his team did my home extension which required several steels and large expanse of sliding windows. They put in a new ensuite bathroom, flooring, shelving and a patio and decking in the garden amongst many other bits of work. He and his team were extremely reliable, produced work to a high quality and were fantastic at problem solving. Greg went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the work and was a pleasure to liaise with. He invariably answered the phone when I called and if not available would get back to me very quickly without needing to be chased. I can highly recommend Greg and his team and plan to use them again in the very near future.”

“Alex and his team have done a brilliant job so far. During the early phases of our project he was very patient and had several meetings with us to understand our requirements in greater detail. He was very good at suggesting ways to save cost where possible. He accomodated most of our additional requests as the project went along and helped us to stick to our agreed budget in most cases and wherever there was any increase due to any scope creep or any confusions, it was well explained, and reasonably priced. They been professional, polite and provided a friendly service. The finish has been excellent and any concerns which we had were addressed immediately. Alex had weekly meetings to walk us through the progress and answer all our queries which we may have during our build. He didn't take any upfront deposits and only invoiced us once he had worked for a couple of weeks on our project. This gave us the confidence to hire him without having to part with our cash upfront. We have already recommended him to many of our family and friends and have been lucky to have him manage our job very smoothly and provide a professional service. Both me and my wife work long hours and Alex has been managing our project and his team and kept us in the loop. They been very considerate of our neighbours and have kept the noise to a minimum where possible. Alex has made our dream house a reality. “Alfa team came to our house to completely renovate a bathroom and a downstairs toilet (that wasn't even in use as a toilet at the time). He gave a fair quote for labour and materials. His team worked really hard (without rushing the job). We always felt in safe hands with this team and any extra bits and pieces of work that came up as the job proceeded were charged fairly once agreed upon. They were respectful and tidy. “Bill and his team were recommended to us by some friends who had work done by the them. We're so pleased that we took their recommendation because from the first time we met Bill, right through the build and onto the completion of the project we have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of himself and his staff. We planned to extend our house at the back and to the side (which we have done) but with advice and suggestions from Bill, who was able to guide us during the whole design process, we have managed to gain so much more from the build than we originally anticipated. Bill reconfigured the layout to allow us to also have space for a downstairs toilet/wet room and also a laundry room. He did all of this without compromising on the other key features we wanted to incorporate into our new kitchen/family room and study area. Bill also suggested installing 5 Bi-Fold doors across the back of the house instead of the planned windows and patio doors and the result is amazing. We now have maximum light and a feeling of space all day long as well as an uninterrupted view of the garden. Everything came in on budget and we're confident that no corners were cut to achieve this. I honestly can't recommend Bill and his team highly enough. They are friendly, trustworthy and reliable - exactly what you want when you have strangers working in your home”
