“I had Maryland Residential Design add a full bath to the first level of my townhouse, and must say I was very pleased with every step of the design/build process. The designer was also my job supervisor, who provided a drawing of the bath, and he detailed everything from the grout color to the knobs on the vanity before commencing. The whole job only took 2 weeks! The workers were not only skilled and professional, but REALLY cared about my home in keeping not only the work area clean, but also adding plastic barriers to contain the dust, plastic and cardboard on floors at entrances, and even mats outside for workers to wipe their feet. To top it off, they added a pocket door instead of a regular door at no charge. Love my bath!”
