“Luke and his team are the best contractors we have worked with. If you are looking for the right contractor to build something for you then you have found the right person/company! The reason I state this is for many reasons including the following: 1. They say what they will do and OMG they actually do it and then guarantee satisfaction 2. His quality of work is at the highest level 3. His pricing is reasonable and fair 4. They will finish on-time 5. Dependable 6. Honest Luke and his team build three bathrooms in our house along with a number of other odds and end projects while here. We are looking forward to using their services to build a third garage. “About a year and half ago I worked with Sean Cutting and Cutting Edge Homes to remodel an older home just outside of Boston. The Cutting Edge Team was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process as a first-time remodeler. At the onset of the project, Sean and his Project Managers were very hands-on working directly with me during the initial planning/design phases and clearly explaining the project steps/timeline. They were also extremely conscious of my desired budget range and timeline for the project. Once the renovation started the onsite team was extremely polite, professional and engaging. When I would show up onsite they would take time to explain what they were working on and show the progress they had made. I also received lots of positive feedback from neighbors on my street on the professionalism of the onsite crew. Neighbors were very happy to see that the crew took time at the end of every day to fully clean up the work site. The project met both the timeline and budget parameters that were set forth at the start of the project. The finished project is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with Cutting Edge Homes. I would highly recommend CE Homes to anyone considering a home remodel.”

“Our home had a bunch of deferred maintenance items that we wanted to get squared away in preparation for selling: masonry wall, pointing exterior bricks, refinishing a large deck, rebuilding the front steps, repair interior walls, rebuild shower floor and sill, paint entire interior, etc. We hired Jon to complete all of these items. Jon hired and oversaw many sub-contractors and executed some of the work himself. We're very pleased with the final product and our house now looks as good as it can.”

“We had a major addition put on our house 5 or so years ago. They came in at or under schedule and budget. Our neighbors were all impressed that there was never a workday in which someone wasn't there working. We mentioned that we, along with our then 4 year old son, would need to stay in the house for all but the painting phase, and so they asisgned us a lead who, as a parent himself, was totally empathetic to our needs. Every day the worksite was left broom clean, the crew members were to a one courteous and mindful of our child (I've never been on a worksite with as clean language in my life). The workmanship was excellent, and when time cam this year to replace an old bay window, we went back to them. The original installation of the window, done we think in the 1970's, was nowhere near proper. and the Harvey team is doing a terrific job of proper installation of the new one.”

MGZ offers design and construction with a high degree of professionalism. Everyone on the team was most talented and friendly. Complete construction documents were provided and on-going consultations to assure our satisfaction. The attention to detail, the consideration of our budget, the prompt response to our inquiries all contributed to a very positive experience during a long renovation. We are very satisfied customers in our extremely functional and beautiful new old house. We recommend this company without reservation.”
