“I stumbled across Howard the same way many people do. Searching online and sorting highest rated and started calling... Howard was quick to respond to my inquiry and was more than helpful walking us through the steps we needed to follow(buying an undeveloped lot, and starting the process of building a true custom home). His knowledge and longevity in the area are assets that are second to none. When the first builder we looked at fell through due to inflexibility, he had a backup in his pocket that he introduced us to. We found a lot we liked, and Howard helped us write a great offer on it that accounted for some of the challenges we would run into building on it, where its located in Harris Co. We just closed on the lot and are now working on finalizing our plans(the design engineer was also someone Howard suggested) and hope to break ground soon. We are retaining Howard as our builders agent to assist us with that process as well and he has been extremely informative in what to expect, timelines to keep in mind and just general q&a that comes with a large undertaking like this. I can't suggest Howard enough, if you are reading this review, you don't need to go any farther than just calling him and sitting down to meet. Matt”
