“David worked with us in locating a home to meet our needs when we moved to the Chicago suburbs. He was very professional, but was also very personable. He spent the time helping us know what to look for in finding a house to make a home. He constantly communicated throughout the process of buying our house. We were so confident in his abilities, we made an offer from David going through the house before we stepped foot in the house. When it came time to need to sell our home, there was no question who to ask. David helped us know how to prepare our house to sell quickly and gave great decorating tips. When our home was listed, we were thankful to have an outcome that was successful. We had twelve showings and three offers within five days! “We were very excited to move from the Seattle area to the Chicago area and were very determined to find a mid century home. My husband found Lou through some internet searches and I'm so glad he did. Lou went above and beyond what we expected. We found ourselves in Chicago for a last minute trip and contacted Lou to see if we could get some showings in with short notice. This was our first contact with him. He brought us to any house we asked and sent us some listings he had found. His knowledge of mid-century architecture was very helpful and I'm glad we had him in our corner. We found our dream house that week, made an offer (actually multiple offers as there was a bidding war!) and we were able to close in less than a month!
