“I have had the pleasure of working with Chris Lobato on several custom designed and fabricated limestone fireplace surrounds and we are currently working on a design for a very unique custom designed fountain for a courtyard in a Kissing Camels new home we are building. Chris is creative and passionate about his art and every installation is truly one of a kind. He really brings Old World Craftsmanship into our projects and we look forward to his next contribution to one of or owner's homes.”

“Since writing my previous review, it came to my attention that the company that sold me my fireplace went out of business, and was replaced by a "new" company with the same name. I do not know the particulars, nor do I know if there are different owners. Nonetheless, when Bob Khan saw my review, he contacted me, and offered to try to make it right. He did this by paying for Grill and Fireplace Experts of Aurora to get the parts and repair my fireplace, which is now working as it should. This is greatly appreciated. I still do not know why this fireplace has been so problematic, or why it has taken so long to obtain parts. I would visit with Bob regarding future fireplace needs ( I would like to meet him.), but I doubt if I would ever consider a Napoleon product, based on its past performance.”
