We needed advice and they helped us to decide on the most appropriate fire and stove for our new build house. We also wanted a gas fire for our small snug and they sourced and organised the installation of both fires for us expertly and professionally with HETAS and Gas Safe approved fitters. We have been very impressed with their customer care. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Coventry family run company to anyone in the West Midlands / Warwickshire area who wants to install a beautiful new fire or stove for their home.”

“Engaged to install a previously-purchased stove, the work included opening up the fire place, cleaning brick-work in the opening, replacing the flue liner in the chimney and installing a new pot, installing the stove, laying a granite hearth, plaster-work to make good. All of this was completed in two days (except plastering) to a very high standard of work and we're very happy with the results. Highly recommended as a thoroughly professional company.”

“Darren and the team did a super job. I was very concerned about the mess with removal of brickwork, plastering etc and I can't fault them. The place was kept super clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. They took the time to talk us through options and work with us to get the best result, all whilst being good humoured and professional. Fit and finish was to a super standard and we're delighted with the result. Very highly recommended.”
