“Excellent craftsmanship, hard-working staff & a Brilliant owner We are first time Customers of Sunny Bedrooms & Kitchens and are now glad that we decided to chose this company for our fitted wardrobes project. The good experience began when we called them up for a design visit. The design gentleman was very polite, gave us great ideas & quickly measured up the 3 rooms that we intended to install a few fitted wardrobes. We were then asked to come to their office to finalise details of colour, quality & final price based on choices we made. Sunny paajee(owner of SBK) himself spent a good few hours with us, patiently walking us through different combinations & mind boggling variety of choices of quality, colours & texture combos for our wardrobes. He even suggested further refinements to what we thought was an excellent design, which we really appreciate(now that we have the finished product in front of us) For a small reasonable fee, even our old furniture was agreed to be dismantled & taken away. Talk about complete service offerings! Not many providers around, offered this additional services, at those price points ! After a certain % deposit was put down, we were instantly offered a fitting date of our choice (weekend as we both work on weekdays) On the day of the install 2 gents arrived promptly at 8am(pre-decided time) & started off by laying down dust sheets & helping us clear out the first room they planned to work on. They even had to uninstall a heavy metal bed to allow for space, to do their work.They were careful enough to not damage anything & also helped us put away the stuff that needed to be moved, to do the job. All throughout the guys were hard at work, without wasting too much time, chit chatting or going out for frequent smoke breaks (something we noticed on previous occasions when we had workmen over) All throughout we were consulted & the gents even accommodated minor design changes whilst on the job ! Wouldn't blame anybody, but our lack of visualisation, of how things would finally look, for these last second changes, but the guys implemented them all, where feasible ! Towards the end of day 1, everything was tidied up & cleaned up by them. We were then informed about the plan for the next day & also that there would be 3 workmen who would try & finish off the jobs in the other remaining two rooms. Lo & behold, next day 3 gents arrive promptly at 8am, start laying down dust sheets & proceed dismantling the old stuff we needed taken away & started working simultaneously on 2 remaining rooms. A flurry of activity & bit more minor changes ensued (again, it was just us not being able to visualise everything upfront) At the end of day 3 all our 3 rooms were done. The guys were accommodating enough to even advise us to supply them with extension leads for where the fitted wardrobes covered over our existing plug points. The attention to details & the craftsmanship of the guys were not something i have easily seen in my past experiences with builders & joiners that i have used before. Overall a very smooth and pleasant experience. The build quality is excellent as the owner even took us on a tour of the manufacturing unit based on the ground floor of their office & showed up the state of the art machinery used to attain the level of build quality that one aspires in their wardrobes. Would be definitely recommending Sunny BK to our network & whomsoever asks us for tips to install kitchens / wardrobes Many thanks once again Sunny Paajee & team !”
