Be wary of ordering from these guys. If you want to do a return they attach some quite high fees- £25 delivery, £25 collection fee and a mysterious £20 for a restock fee due to 2 stools arriving in a less than perfect state (returned in same box, assume it was from the collection agency they charged us £25 for!). £70 out of pocket due to not wanting their product, tough pill to swallow but lessons learned. Hopefully others are aware of this now.

Cult Furniture is a real crowd pleaser in My Bespoke Room head office. They produce on-trend furniture that is stylish and affordable, without compromising on quality. The price point of their products are perfect for a large majority of our customers, and they have always been a pleasure to work with. If we are ever struggling to find the perfect item for a customer, Cult is always one of the first places to look.

I just took delivery of six Hackney Dining chairs. They arrived promptly and at the exact hour I was promised - beautifully packed and mummified in protective wrapping. Simple to put them together, even for an idiot like me. But the main thing to say is these chairs are gorgeous. I was a bit afraid they wouldn't be heavy enough. They are. And the balance between the shiny black metal and the thick, beautifully polished wood is divine. Fabulous chairs - fabulous company. I'll be back!

I ordered three tolix chairs with wood seats, and am impressed with the high quality. The delivery was good too - it came very well packaged to prevent any damage or scratches. If you're on a budget, keep a lookout for their frequent clearance and sales. I was happy with the quality even paying full price, so if there is a piece that catches your eye in the sale/clearance at a good discount, then it could well be a bargain. Customer service is good too - it is easy to get through to someone via phone or email. In my case, I had a minor issue with one of the wood seats on my chair. It was a situation where a hard-nosed retailer would have tried to weasel out of, but Cult Furniture were gracious to accept the issue and proceed with a swap. This was resolved to my satisfaction, and also the staff were flexible to come up with an innovative solution, whereas other shops might be inflexible in their process. If you live near South West London, it is worth popping into their showroom in Wandsworth. It doesn't have every piece in their online store, but enough to get a sense of materials, style, and colour, and the staff in store are happy to help out. I visited the store multiple times before ordering, and that was really helpful to see the pieces in real life and the high quality across the range. They also do a limited store ex-display/clearance as well, so there are some bargains that might not be on their website too.

Appalling post sales and faulty goods The company offers a beautiful range of products, however, the post purchase service is appalling. Waited for over 3 months for a rocking char.. am still waiting. The chandelier I'd ordered never arrived and the replacement one after installation turns out to be faulty. I am still awaiting for a resolution. The call center for post sales rings on after 10 minutes waiting and then straight to voice mail. I will not recommend this company.
