“We have a heating/cooling system by Apollo. It is a passive system that uses our hot water heater to pass water though coils and associated with forced air. No one seems to work on them any more, but Advantage does. They are knowledgeable about our system. We signed up for their annual inspection and maintenance service which costs $125. If we need major repairs a portion of the fee will be applied to parts. They are almost always on time. If for some reason they cannot be on time they always called. One year on July 3rd our AC went out, and even though it was 100 degrees and the day before a major holiday they came right out, diagnosed the problem and had the parts in their truck to address the issue. A yer later at inspection time, they found that the part was failing and replaced it at no charge. The service techs are friendly, have conversations with us (and their office folks also). We feel lucky that we found these people. When the system needs replace we will most likely replace it with something different like a heat pump and they will be the first contractor that we will call. It is refreshing to have contractors like these folks.”
