We are a newly formed small, passionate and stylish house builder. We undertake work from extensions and whole house renovations to one off private commission builds. We can work with your architect or appoint our own in any capacity needed. We offer a highly personal but professional service which will make the whole process an enjoyable experience.
Services Provided
Design and build, principal contractor roles, Artifex SOS - a free to use service of project guidence and advise. This is for clients who are having difficulty with ongoing projects from other builders.

Renoavtions and extensions starting from £20,000. This includes working with your own appointed architect soley as a principal contractor. For us to appoint our own architect and obtain planning/ building regulations approval, the figure would add another £5,000 to £10,000 depending on the complexity of the work. For new build houses the fee would start from approximately £100,000, again depending on architect appointment and complexity/specification of home.
