They worked closely and tirelessly with us to develop a design for our master bath transforming it into a stunning masterpiece. The team was timely, responsive, competent, courteous, flexible, and very considerate in the execution of the construction. They were also very clean and efficient, finishing ahead of schedule. “Total kitchen renovation extending kitchen area by removing the dining room and having an open concept layout to the living room area. Project was started on time and was completed in a reasonable time frame. Workers are professional and polite. As always in a major renovation project, you will run into some unexpected issues but the company will work with you financially and suggest recommendations to cut out extra costs at the same time overcoming any project issues. I will be hiring them again to do my next bedroom/bathroom renovations. I already have brought them back to extend my wood flooring into my basement.”

“Innovative was fantastic! They were the second lowest bid I received (I got four), they accommodated a tight schedule, and they painted the entire townhouse with NO mistakes, I mean none. They were efficient, did a great job -- very attentive to details, left nothing behind, very clean, didn't scuff my floors. They were really first rate and stuck to the estimate. “This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said they’d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.”

“BME corp did a complete remodel on my home. I was totally satisfied with the scheduling ,process, and work performed. BME even did the design work ,solving difficult problems I had with a corridor kitchen rehab. As a final touch , BME, selected an experienced landscape contractor who did an excellent grounds design and installation. The issue of costs Is important. I obtained estimates for work from multiple contractors: windows, siding, decks, counter tops, even the driveway. In all cases, BME beat the lowest price by a good margin. I saved thousands by choosing BME as the contractor.”
