“I had my Condo apartment for over 10 years, and I was bored of the style it had. I did some research to see how I was able to find a good contractor in my area. I used Kijiji to post an ad asking for help for renovations. After meeting with a few contractors, I was able to find Jose and his Team. His approach since the day we met, gave me the that secure feeling that I was doing my project with the right team. After they get started, they were very professional on prep the area and how clean they work. I was really satisfied with their quality and their service. “We lost our home to a fire in Dec 2014....We had to select a builder to build a new home from the ground up .... We had experience building a new home 15 years ago but that was in a different town and we were now in an area where we didn't know the builders...Based upon reputation, recommendations and value for the price, we worked with the insurance company and selected Steeper Construction to build our home.... Steeper had 3 generations of experience and the father and son team of Jim and Brett Steeper worked with us from the initial planning stages until the final touches were done... We took a few concept drawings to Brett Steeper and numerous photographs, and he worked his magic with his computer and showed us exactly what we hoped to achieve...Brett and my wife Ann worked on layouts and after about 5 revisions, we agreed on the layout. Once all was agreed upon and construction started, the Steepers were a pleasure to work with....We would meet briefly on site every day to make sure that areas that could be changed/modified were discussed so we could make the decisions we needed to. Steepers offerred all aspects of the Building process and offered us a landscape package to build retaining walls, stone work and patio fireplace. We can not say enough good about the Steepers and their staff... Ann and I are pleased with every aspect of the house. We are truly thankful that we chose Steeper Construction and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.. Thanks Tim/Ann Hobbs .”

“We hired Da Maren Renovations Inc. to move a door in an office from one wall to another as well as tear down a wall to create a locker room from two offices. They were quick, tidy, and excellent work was done. You would never know there was a wall between the two offices. You would never know there was a door in the main hallway of the one office. The job included tear out, dry wall, tape, mud, paint, steel door movement, trim, flooring. t The work was excellent.”
