We live in an old house and things not always straight forward. The contractors are always very pleasant and polite. “I've used J White Developments for a number of years. The projects have been varied in size and type but have always been done well and at a reasonable cost. The owner, Josh, has an extensive understanding of the building trade and has been able to advise and recommend solutions for every problem I have given him. He has always kept me informed on costs and timings and comes in on budget unless we agree changes. When he has used sub-contractors he has always overseen their work to make sure it is up to standard. Examples of larger projects: Lifting and re-laying the stone terrace around the property. Replacing a drain that regularly overflowed with a larger capacity one and redesigning soak-away Smaller project examples: Renovating wooden floors, replacing and installing lights for pictures, repairing garden lighting, perimeter fence repairs.”
