“The project to demolish the existing extension to our house and build a completely new one took four months, allowing for a short break over Christmas. This included provision of a new kitchen area, pantry and downstairs cloakroom, together with the fitting of new rear doors. Throughout that time, we’ve been greatly impressed by the consistently high standard of the work; and all those connected with the project—builders, electricians, plumbers and plasterers—have been unfailingly helpful and obliging, showing a marked ability to solve problems and envisage the next stage of the project, as well as keeping us completely up to date with the progress of the work. “We couldn't have asked for more. Verity is very professional, she's prompt with her replies and thorough. She listened to what we wanted and was very careful to make sure this was reflected in the brief. She completely reimagined the layout of our old cottage and has really made the most of the space. She did our planning applications, which was less painful than I imagined it would be. The whole process has been smooth and stress free for us and that is down to Verity explaining everything as we went along and being so efficient. Our builders have even complimented the quality of her drawings and electrical plans, which apparently they don't do often!”
