“My parents recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and I wanted to have their master bathroom renovated as an anniversary present. Genesis Pro Builders sat down with me and listened to all of the ideas I had for their room and managed to work almost all of it into the designs. When my parents saw the finished product, they were both speechless. It looked amazing. They laid new floors, painted the walls, and installed new countertops as well as cabinets and light fixtures. “I reached out to Home Renew 360 to work on my house and they came quickly. I decided to continue with them since they explained all the details and addressed my concerns which made me feel safe. “The project that was designed and complete by Romano Builders contained a full kitchen renovation that started with the demolishing of the old kitchen, moving a wall that expanded the living room and the kitchen by additional of 10 feet and designing a new layout of the new kitchen and then to build the new kitchen with all new kitchen upper and lower cabinets, an island with sink, adding all new appliances, removing the wall that connected the kitchen with the living room and build a half wall that served as a bar and serving dishes spot when we have guests or family over, and last thing was to build an a wet bar that was kind of extension to the back of the house. At the end of the work and after we spent so much time with David and his people and workers, we can write that we had a great experience with them. They absolutely delivered all what they said and promised, when they said they will and for the price they gave us. The working teams of Romano Builders were friendly and professional during the whole work at the house. We were very fascinated by their productivity and the hours they worked in order to finish the project quickly as they could and without any mistakes. As this was our first major renovation, we felt sometimes some worried about the communication with the workers, but after a short time, things generally went smoothly. We are pleased with the final project and would certainly work with Romano Builders again.”

“A rare hem. Remodels and upgrades to a house can be so stressful that usually we put it off but that feeling completely changed when we found Modern Creation. We found a small business(confident they won’t be small for long) that takes great pride in their work and they finish in a timely manner. They were so detailed with their questions and offered options in the beginning of the job that I felt comfortable every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves when they ended each day and were conscious that I had little kids and a dog in the house( tools, nails, sharp objects were never left out and days without a stove were left to a minimum). We love that we had access to Amir whenever we had a question and his attention to detail is very comforting. He notices everything from a drawer not being aligned right to making sure our slabs all “line matched” all the way to the inside edge of the the cabinet. Honestly, I don’t know if I would have noticed but my guests sure did. It’s been a couple of weeks since the job is done and we have zero complaints and only compliments for a job well done. Now my husband is addicted to getting more work done in the house. So far we have had our patio cover done outside(the job that started it all), our new bar addition(we wanted it to match our existing kitchen), backsplash and counter in the kitchen and pantry done. All of the areas Modern Creation has touched has become our favorite spots in the house. We look forward to our next upgrade in the house done by Modern Creation.”
