“I would recommend Jarvis Custom Builders to anyone who is looking to have a job well done. My wife and I hired Jarvis to completely remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. We looked into hiring Jarvis Custom Builders for our project along with several other contractors in the Big Sky area, and after meeting with all the contractors we decided to go with JCB. They are a very professional group of men that I would recommend to anyone. Despite being the new company in town without the big reputation like the others, they will soon be the class of Big Sky if given the chance. JCB is one of the hardest working, most dependable person you will ever come across. They said the job would be done at a certain time and far exceeded expectations, and were under the budget proposed. As with any project there we're changes added as we proceeded with the project and they were more than accommodating to our needs. If you are looking for quality, and dependable craftsmanship and is actually budget conscious unlike some of the contractors in Big Sky look no further because JCB is your guy. “Working Chad and his team at RMR Group to plan and build our new home was a great experience. The project was big and at a point in time where many of the local trades were extremely busy with work. RMR did a terrific job of coordinating construction, keeping the project on schedule, demanding quality workmanship fr.om subcontractors, while at the same time keeping our costs within budget. We are in our home now and are very pleased with how it turned out. As with any new home, issues have come up, but the RMR crew have worked diligently to get it right. Even little things that we would probably have just learned to live with, they went the extra step to make it perfect. Bottom line is they care about their work and take pride in the homes they build. I would highly recommend them to anyone building a home or office in Big Sky.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Mark and Betsy Smith of Trademark Construction over the course of a year while we designed and built our new home. Together, they make a great team. They value quality and integrity. Mark's attention to detail is top notch. He brought the smallest things to our attention that we likely wouldn't have thought about until we had lived in the home a while. He does not take short cuts. He is honest and up front. He keeps a VERY clean job site. Both are incredibly creative. Betsy was extremely helpful in the design process. Our home is fairly modern. Betsy made sure our home felt cohesive. She has a great eye and helped bring all of the fixtures and finishes together nicely. Trademark Construction has been in the community for a long time and their relationships with vendors and contractors were evident. They really do have quite the team in place. We appreciated meeting weekly with Mark and Betsy to discuss progress and next decisions. They held our hand through the entire process and made it seem easy. “I’ve had the opportunity to work with Don on two home construction projects. On the first project, I received two quotes and Don’s bid was the high. I ended up choosing the low bidder and deeply regret my decision. The contractor I went with used the cheapest subcontractor’s he could find, underestimated lumber quantities, and was never on site so I ended up doing most of the work myself. On the second project, I realized that the low bid is not always the best bid so I went with Don Schmidt. Don delivered a high quality home on time and under budget. If you want a quality home at a fair price, I would recommend Don Schmidt for your next home construction project.”
