“JFWood remodeled my house over the course of several years. I purchased the house as a retirement location and worked with them to make it perfect over the spam of a couple of years. I worked area to area in the house to make the house my own. Scope of work: kitchen, 3 bathrooms, finish basement, and remove some interior walls to make the house more open. I did this while continuing to work in Columbus, OH. They were very helpful, courteous and professional. As I was not on site when the work was being performed, I could rely on them to handle deliveries and do the best job for me in my absence. they stood by their work and resolved any issues that have come up. They handled a couple problems for me that were above and beyond their scope of work, just to help me in my absence. I am very happy with the final product and would recommend them to others.”

“We hired D-K for a complete kitchen remodel. They were very professional, transparent, accurate with their time and cost estimates, and provided helpful recommendations for details like fixture placement and functionality of the finished space since we didn't work with a designer. They also provided good guidance on upgrades appropriate for our historic neighborhood, since they've done a lot of work for neighbors. They have many subcontractors working for them - as all contractors do - and there were a couple of small miscommunications, but none of them would prevent us from hiring them again for a future project.”

“We have been in our Kalan Home for two years now. When we decided three years ago that we were going to downsize and move to town, we got busy vetting builders. “My home was damaged by my neighbors house burning down and we had to replace all the siding on the house. We also wanted to add a new sliding glass door to replace our back door. Dave came in and sat down with us and went over all of our different siding options and door options and different design ideas with the siding and color choice we made. He wrote out an estimate and the final cost was actually a few hundred under the original estimate. He got the job done very quickly and professionally and I will definitely be using him in future remodels.”
