“I am a building designer and Schmidt & Schmidt Construction has built many of my projects. I have found them to be a very talented group to work with from office staff to construction workers. They do beautiful work from rough to finish. I have found them to be good problem solvers which can be very important sometimes in remodel or addition projects - not "how do I solve this?" - their attitude is always "here is the issue and this is how we think it can be solved". I my experience, they do excellent work at a reasonable price. I always look forward to working with Schmidt & Schmidt Construction.”

“Shane and the Crew at Associated Construction have helped me with several projects spanning over a decade. They have remodeled several commercial buildings, including a restaurant & bar. They also did a major remodel on my house. Craftsmanship, Quality of Work, Job Completion are several of the reasons I have stayed with Associated. I have high traffic facilities that the work performed by Associated manages to hold up to heavy use very well. Very professional & respectful staff from top to bottom at Associated Construction. “Matt, our general contractor, was professional and experienced. Had great subs. Produced high quality work with few problems. Came in on budget and respected our concern for costs. Had good ideas and made constructive suggestions, but never pushed his agenda. We remodeled the kitchen, two bathrooms, living room fireplace with built-ins, custom closets, and replaced flooring as well as painting the entire house. All of this was done while we were living in the house! Matt made it work for everyone. Terrific job.”

“We have worked with Jack "n" Toolbox a number of times over the last two decades. They have remodeled a bathroom, rebuilt two exterior staircases, repaired a slab leak, built a laundry room, replaced a spiral staircase with a straight drop one and remodeled the room into which it descended and, most important of all, identified and corrected a major building error made by a previous owner which surfaced during the torrential rains of January 2005. In all instances, their work was over and above anything we might have hoped for. “My 150 year old house remodel went so smoothly, quickly and on budget with my contractor Mark Magid, owner of Below Magid Construction. He was so professional and creative, but even better, he made the process amazingly fun! Because we were not sure what we would find inside the walls or under the floors of this sweet old house, everyday was an adventure for me with Mark and his high qualified subcontractors. 5 layers of wallpaper, 4 layers of linoleum, oaks floors on top of fir floors, truly vintage kitchen cabinets, plumbing fixtures and electrical surprises were never a stress, more like an exciting challenge. I would email him a list of questions or ideas, and the same day Mark would answer me and arrive at the site to meet me with suggestions and answers to update but honor the historical value of my home. It's hard for my family and friends to understand that I enjoyed everyday of my challenging remodel!”

“We bought out home on 6.5 acres in Santa Ynez Valley because of the location and view, the existing home was another story, Mitch Williams came highly recommended in the valley and he the first contractor I met with. I have been an electrical contractor for 39 years as well involved with high end customs majority of my professional life. After our first meeting there was no hesitation in hiring MWC for our project, I had no other meetings with other contractors. From the beginning to end MWC stayed on point and met all my expectations as a GC. Mitch personally was very involved beyond the blue prints in helping us reach the finished look and feel that my wife and I were looking for all the way through from floors to hardware all the way to the finish line. All of MWC sub contractors were as well professional and knowledgeable and brought to the project the quality and workmanship I expected. From the business side of MWC the progress billing was always accurate and clear as to what we were paying for. I would not hesitate to recommend MWC for any size project.”
