“We had a great experience with Warner Custom Homes from start to finish. David understood and adhered to our budget. He worked with us and got the house we wanted within our budget. We worked with two other contractors that never got within our budget. Budget was the deciding factor in selecting Warner. Warner delivered the house on schedule. David was available throughout the process and easy to work with. Save for a few punch list items the house has been trouble free. We would highly recommend Warner Custom Homes.”

“I have a 60's ranch house with a small master closet. The job was a tough one because of the building materials used. Instead of trying to take down and then replicate the plaster of the old closet. Kevin Bruggard (the contractor) came up with the idea to build a "room" around the old closet. The old opening is there with 3 hanging bars. The new room has deep and long shelving on each side reaching the ceiling. New 6' sliding doors were added with molding to match the rest of the room. Instead of presenting the most expensive idea; Kevin put together a modest and creative approach that solved my storage needs and then some! Very professional, all work was on time and as expected. I would recommend Blue Ridge and Kevin in particular. Great personality and very customer oriented.”

“After being warned of the difficulties of building a home, I was prepared for a long stressful experience. I was pleasantly surprised !! Ed and Eric are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, professional, attentive and honest. Their work product is of the highest quality and the sub-contractors used were the best in the business. “We used DGC Building for a deck remodel and cannot recommend them enough! We had our existing deck torn down and a brand new one rebuilt. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Their workers communicated very well, always arrived on time and worked hours on end to get the project completed in a timely manner. You can tell they truly want to make sure you are satisfied with the final result. We absolutely love our new deck and cannot wait to make memories on it for years to come!”

“I highly recommend VMax, LLC for any construction project; whether it is building a home or doing a remodeling project. They are very knowledgeable of the construction business. They have good ideas but are very willing to listen to your thoughts. They are dependable; and meet their deadlines. You can rely on receiving an honest estimate. Their cost are reasonable; budgets are met and if there are changes they will discuss with you first - nothing is unknown. Their sub-contractors are professional and respectful. They have completed several remodeling jobs in my home. My kitchen and den were remodeled to open up an area that was previously part of my parents apartment. Part of the remodel included creating a home office for my business. They have also remodeled a bathroom in my home.”

“Gil Construction exceeded our expectations in so many ways. They were prompt and courteous and did excellent work in adding a bathroom to existing space. Jim Elliot, the owner, suggested a better placement for the bathroom which resulted in a much better bathroom and came in on budget. Additionally, their estimate was the best we received. They were all a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in everything they did. For additional house projects I will absolutely consult them first.”
