“We had our bathrooms done with Resil, and OMG I can not express how happy we are. They went above and beyond, totally exceeding all our expectations, I now feel like I’m at a fancy resort instead of my home. Workers were here everyday until the job was completed & very considerate and always cleaned up at the end of the day, and we’ve had other companies do things, but never again. We can’t say enough about Mike & his company, besides that they will be doing our kitchen in the fall”

“Our house had water seepage coming into the basement. Which meant that we had to remove all of our perimeter walls and flooring for the concrete to be broken up. After going through a few consultations we hired Rufarro Remodeling & Maintenance to refinish the basement. And without hesitation we would hire them again. We worked together and made all of our thoughts come to reality. They exceeded our wildest dreams. Martiez and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and worked in a timely manner. The crew was here everyday working a full day with no lag time. They were a pleasure to work with and they will be the one I call for our next project!”

“A little late with this review, but these guys definitely needed to be complimented. We did a complete small bathroom remodeling project last year and we contacted these gentlemen for their services. They did a wonderful, professional, on-time job for us and we will definitely be looking at using them for our future larger bathroom project. They changed out floors, shower, shower doors, walls, sink, toilet, vanity, mirror and did an outstanding job and took owner changes or concerns in stride. Very courteous and clean and followed their estimate closely. I recommend R Brand Homes for home upgrades and remodeling projects wholeheartedly.”

“Joe and his team at Core Remodel did an amazing job with our kitchen rehab in the West Loop. We interviewed numerous contractors for the job, but Joes experience and great price got them the job. His team arrived on time everyday and worked extra hard to get the job done in the time promised. They were very tidy as well and cleaned up after their work each day which was very nice since we were living there through the rehab. We couldn't be happier with how our kitchen turned out, absolutely stunning! Would highly recommend working with Core Remodel group for your next project!”

“Kevin and his team are amazing! We had a complete kitchen gut - walls removed, gas lines rerouted and everything - and they did such an incredible job. The efficiency and cleanliness were truly appreciated. This was all around the holidays so things were already crazy, but going through a kitchen renovation honestly was not as painful as I thought! It was a pleasure working with them and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to have construction work done in their home or business.”

“These masonry contractors did a chimney repair at my home. It stopped functioning one day and I had to find some professional help. I couldn’t meet better masonry company! “Having worked with many contractors in the past, I must say that I have never been as satisfied with the finished product as I have since The Tradition Builders entered into my life, and completed my kitchen rehab. Having just purchased my condo, I was looking for a contractor to remodel my kitchen before I moved in. Tradition Builders came highly recommended from friends that used them on bathroom remodel a few months earlier. I contacted them to give me an idea of what they would do with my awkward kitchen to open up the space and make it as useful as possible. Ivan provided me with excellent ideas and guidance, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything suggested, as well as the time and money it will take to complete the project. Once the project began, he was in constant communication, and kept me updated on project’s progress daily. My beautiful kitchen was done before the deadline and I couldn’t be happier with the end result, and the overall delightful experience I have experienced with this incredible team. “Andre and his team did a fantastic job on my kitchen. We had a bad DIY backsplash job that he and his crew were able to take it out and fix the mess that we had made. They hung new drywall, tiled and painted. My kitchen looks amazing and I am so happy with what they were able to do. Also, the crew was on time, they worked fast, and cleaned up. I would recommend Maki Renovation and I would use them again.”
