“We have been a customer of Dakota Homes for about 12 years now. We are living in our third Dakota home (second custom build) and we have been extremely happy with the build process, the final product and service after our move in. They provided the design, color scheme, material choices, etc and worked with us to ensure we were happy with what they were going to provide and adjusted as needed. They made the process extremely easy for us, they managed the planning, engineering, permit process, demolition, build and landscaping. All we had to do was move in once they had finished.
