“We compared 6 builders when it comes to a tender pack stage and went for AD Construction based on a few references, plus a reasonable quote - they were not the cheapest though, to make it clear. Our project was a big job - demolishing everything to have one more room to add on the 2nd floor, loft conversion, kitchen extension and full refurbishment. Basically, we left a skeleton and build all from the scratch. Arben and his team were well-dedicated to our project. They had to put a few thick metal beams to start with and then, roof, brick walls, etc. and all was pretty much on time. He was proactive to raise issues with structure or design so we were able to fix anything required in advance, rather than later which can cause more money. He has a team with 10-20 years of experience (e.g. Tiler, electrician, plumber, joiner...) so when it comes to details, I can say all was spot on. If you are looking for a builder with a good quality, I can only recommend AD Construction without hesitation. Thank you Arben and your team!”

“When we were looking for a builder to carry out our bathroom renovation we had no idea where to begin so we asked people for recommendations and looked at their online reviews. When we found Bradley Builders our first impressions were - this company looks great! We got in touch and the office staff were helpful and communication was quick and easy. The quote was very detailed so we knew what was included and what wasn’t from the start. The price wasn’t the cheapest but it was reasonable and we were happy to pay a bit more for a good company that we felt we could trust. When the job started we had a rough idea of how we wanted the bathroom to look but Colin took our ideas on board and then helped us to plan it out properly. He gave us some tips that have made all the difference! The guys doing the work were all very polite, very skilled and cleaned up at the end of every day. They were all very conscientious and wore masks at all times and washed & sanitised their hands regularly. We're so pleased that we took their recommendation because from the first time we met Bill, right through the build and onto the completion of the project we have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of himself and his staff. We planned to extend our house at the back and to the side (which we have done) but with advice and suggestions from Bill, who was able to guide us during the whole design process, we have managed to gain so much more from the build than we originally anticipated. Bill reconfigured the layout to allow us to also have space for a downstairs toilet/wet room and also a laundry room. Bill also suggested installing 5 Bi-Fold doors across the back of the house instead of the planned windows and patio doors and the result is amazing. Everything came in on budget and we're confident that no corners were cut to achieve this. I honestly can't recommend Bill and his team highly enough. They are friendly, trustworthy and reliable - exactly what you want when you have strangers working in your home”

He's done up our bathroom, re-furbished our rooms from dated wallpaper and laminated flooring to modern contemporary plastered walls and engineering wood floor boards. The latest was boarding up our loft for storage space, including a telescopic ladder for access, and laying of new insulation. He's got the right people to work on electrification, plumbing, carpentry - pretty much all the trades. Provides good feedback and ideas. Happy to rectify errors when the rare bit of miscommunication occurs. Great attitude, top man for the job.”
