“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinum”

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

He doesn't pressure you at all and will delivery quality job with his crew. The installation process was excellent, we discussed everything with him. To be honest that was not a big deal for us. The outcome is that we have a beautiful kitchen that will last us for years. Thank you.”

“We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn't do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price of 48,000. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do. In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn't. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. But as soon as any problem was encountered David had it fixed immediately, including figuring out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra charge. Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.”

“I hired MVP builders to remodel my kitchen and master bathroom. I was quite nervous to begin this process but Mike and his tesm exceeded my expectations! He was do helpful with the design and great ideas snd his team worked in a very clean manner! Tbe project was on time and on budget. “The general contractor Mr. Eldad Solomon is the best GC who cares and sets the standard for quality. From first day we met, he took the time to explain and understand our expectations. He took us from rendering design ideas to create architectural/structural plans. He pulled all permits and all inspections by city were completed with 100% success. He was hands on our project and made sure all details are completed to our satisfaction. He kept our project cost within the budget and the completion was on time. Our experience was amazing and we recommend STYLEBUILD.”

“I reached out to Home Renew 360 to work on my house and they came quickly. I decided to continue with them since they explained all the details and addressed my concerns which made me feel safe. I had done the exterior paint , rewrite and the roof and it looks absolutely amazing! The cool life paint with the cool roof makes the house so much cooler during the hot summer that I barely turn on my AC!
