“I hired them to gut and remodel an entire bathroom. I found them to be good and am recommending them. I gave them pictures of the color tile and countertop I wanted and then they bought the actual materials. We had to change the design of the shower wall tile from 12" x 12" to 2" x 2" tiles. I like the result. It looks unique and gives the shower area a more casual appearance than what I had originally intended to have them install. The granite countertop looks beautiful. The wood-look floor tile came out very good also. It even sounds like wood when I walk on it! The only place we cut corners was on painting the walls, but judging from the 2 other quotes I got on this project, that seems to be the norm these days. Unless you pay top dollar, which I did not. I would have appreciated more explanation as to the "Why" we were doing something vs doing it another way, but it just wasn't there. Although, I was able to call and talk to the project manager almost always at a moment's notice. So I never felt abandoned or that they had walked off the job. From talking to other people's experiences with general contractors that seems to be a situation that can occur. So to summarize: If you're looking for a contractor who will complete your project from beginning to end, will get you very high quality shower tile, bathroom floor tile, and granite countertop, and is available at a moment's notice for questions, then Hayberg Restoration Network is a company you'll want to do business with.”

“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

Daniel knows his stuff, from requesting permits to completing the build within 7 months. It was close to perfect custom home for my wife and I. His commitment to ensuring our house was always first priority and never letting us having an unanswered question was spectacular. I still owe Daniel a dinner for his amazing work on our custom home. “We used John Rogers for 2 renovations. In fall 2009, he renovated our kitchen and had an excellent experieince. They were very respectful for our needs to use the rest of our house, sealing off that area of the house and cleaning up at the end of the day so that there wasn't a complete mess everywhere. Everything was done on schedule and according to estimate. Last summer, we also used him for our master suite remodel which included new bath, sitting room, and bedroom. Again, it was on time and while a few small changes were made along the way, the additional cost was minimal. Again, everything was finished on time and the results are magazine perfect.”
