“We hired Duinkerken Homes to work on a landscaping & grading project to make the backyard a space we could use. They did the grading, built a retaining wall and stairs from one level to another. Brandon and his team were very professional and hard-workers. They communicated with us throughout the process. They made suggestions that made sense. We are very happy with the final result and can't wait to enjoy what went from a small hill to a large backyard space that we can actually use! They completed the project within the time frame we discussed, which was also important to us.”

“Capital Construction LLC was the builder of the house we are currently living in. Capital Construction also built our previous house. In the previous house, Capital completed a kitchen remodel and also a complete master bath remodel and an addition of a large screen porch. The screen-in porch addition required a roof line addition that the builder designed so it looked like the porch was built originally on the house and not an addition. All of the projects were done on budget and in a timely fashion. The finished projects were just what I wanted and more! Because we had such a good relationship with this builder, when he built a new home for a Parade of Homes in 2008, I could not resist the temptation to take a look. I, of course, feel in love with the house and after some discussion with my husband, we bought this lovely home we are now so lucky to be living in. The relationship we have with this builder, Roy Hurley, is just delightful. He is a friend of ours that I would recommend highly to anyone thinking of building or doing a remodel. I have recommended Mr. Hurley to several people that have use his services and all been pleased with the results.”

“I MET AND HIRED JOE SHIVELY IN 1999 TO BUILD OUR HOUSE THAT WE STILL LIVE IN TODAY. NOT ONLY WAS HE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON ALL ASPECTS OF BUILDING HOUSES HE WAS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP US FIGURE OUT WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO NEXT AND THE BEST WAY WE SHOULD DO THINGS SO WE WOULD BE HAPPY FOR YEARS TO COME. AND HE WAS RIGHT WE HAVE BEEN IN OUR HOUSE FOR GOING ON 19 YEARS! I HAVE BEEN IN MANY HOUSES OVER THE YEARS BECAUSE I OWN MY OWN CLEANING BUSINESS AND I'VE SEEN BEAUTIFUL WELL BUILT HOMES AND MANY THAT WEREN'T BUILT VERY WELL.
