“Greg and his crew added a 16X16 screened deck to our home. The deck had to be designed so as to not limit sight of the back yard or light in the house. It has several electrical outlets, a light and fan, 2 outside entry doors and stairways. It has cedar planks and columns and looks more like a mountain lodge than a simple screened-in porch. We, along with our friends and nieghbors, believe it is beautiful. Greg and his crew were wonderful to work with, especially if we decided on a change at the last minute. Prices were very fair. “Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

Further, Salar's demeanor was most impressive, listening carefully to all of our questions and explaining what our options were and how he could best address them. Professional, polite, a can-do attitude, and making us feel that he wanted us to be completely satisfied - you can't ask for more from a contractor.The project was not entirely hiccup-free - but whenever we saw something that was not what we wanted/expected, Salar was quick to make sure it was addressed. As a general rule, anyone looking to do a basement build/renovation should always check as much information as possible to make sure sufficient and pertinent data is being used to make the contractor selection. When available, also look for any photos of completed projects, whether posted online in a gallery on the company's website, or directly ask the contractor if any are available for viewing on a tablet or laptop. Salar was quick to show us examples of previous work and used those examples as idea generators for our project.The highest recommendation for a contractor is whether or not they have repeat clients. It is our intention to have another project queued up for the spring of 2017 and B.C.M. London, Inc. will once again be selected for bidding.”
