“We've had 3 significant home addition / remodeling projects, all of which were managed by a contractor. Our most recent, the stone porch project, was far and away the best experience we've had. In a project's hindsight there are always a few things you reflect back on. Quality of work - Everything they did on this project was done with care and attention to detail. We've not found anything in the months since the project was completed that we'd change. Interactions with Contractor, their employees and their subs - I genuinely looked forward to the guys showing up every day. By the end of the project we had formed friendships with most of the guys on the project and keep in touch regularly. Great guys!! Cost - "Was is worth it?" Answer: Absolutely. My only reservation in recommending Tovey-Perry 100% is that when our next project inevitably rolls around they won't have time to fit us in!! :)”

“Rick Campbell is the owner of Rick Campbell Building. His customer service level is unsurpassed. Rick is building our custom home. Rick is very patient with us as we work through our design options. His supplier list is filled with some of the area's leading building vendors. He has great support from his suppliers for design ideas and pricing options. We struggled to get our old house sold, so our "courting period" with Rick was over a year before we could actually commit to building. Our first design priced out almost $150,000 higher than our budget would allow. Rick brought us another design approach that gave us the same features as the prior design and cost more than $100,000 less than our prior design. In fact, we gained 200 sq ft and an additional bedroom! Rick uses his primary suppliers and vendors over and over again, so he has a lot of leverage for taking care of the little things and making sure it is finished right. Rick's pricing is a flat rate, and it is much lower than most other builders. If you are in the Indianapolis south side, I'm not sure you could find a better builder.”

“MYawesomebasement was chosen bc we had seen the detailed work they had done in another home. Same quality of work, only more extensive was completed in our home. Remodeling was done from floors to finish. Ken Engle is patient with changes. He also has arranged for other professionals to come when it is not his contract job. He met deadlines and budgets were in writing. We also hired Myawesomebasement this summer for patio reconstruction.”

“Rick and crew were tasked with redesigning and updating several areas on the main level of my high end custom home. Not only did he produce a stunning new master suite that used to be a bedroom and office, but he created a fabulous walk in pantry off the kitchen and a new office area by what used to be an unused formal dining room. The flow is amazing and he maid the remodel flow with our existing custom home features. The crew did have delays, which pushed the completion back from original estimate, but mostly due to my high standards and wanting of some difficult custom finishes. I’m pretty sure I am one of the most hard to please customers he has ever had. The remodel is beyond what I thought it could be. I would not hesitate to use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for personal service.”
