“They care about doing a good quality job. They are also creative in coming up with ideas that can meet your needs design-wise but also trying to keep the costs down. Designing and coming up with the plans is a strength. Also they are very easy to work with personally, show up on time, keep the site clean, and are interested in doing the right thing with proper construction techniques. Wish I would have built my original home with them in the first place as they are correcting things that were done incorrectly the first time.”

“I really don't know where to start or end my review. My dream was to live in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. My husband and I found a 100-year-old home that was very small and in need of major remodeling, but it was in the perfect neighborhood. We were hesitant about undergoing such a huge renovation. After meeting with Treasured Spaces we were ecstatic! They listened to our needs and created plans that exceeded our highest expectations! And it gets even better. They were amazing to work with! They turned the plans that we created together into reality. We love our home and the entire process was amazing. So amazing that we've hired Treasured Spaces to come back on several additional jobs...a nursery off our master suite, a deck, finished basement spaces, and more...and that's just in our house that we purchased back in late 2010. We've since started buying rental properties and Treasured Spaces manages all of our pre-rental remodeling. Thank you Treasured Spaces for turning me into a remodelaholic!”

“We hired Dustin's company to help us with a laundry room remodel project. He helped us turn our ideas into a workable design that required new footings in our garage and the moving of a common wall with our family room so that a new space could be created that provided plenty of space for both laundry and storage. Dustin was always on time for appointments and was very helpful when it came to problem-solving because once the walls were opened up all sorts of unforeseen problems arose. He listened to our suggestions and made many of his own so that together we arrive at an excellent solution which my wife and I are both very happy with. His workmanship was excellent and his coordination was the various other trades was amazing. The project took longer than expected, (They always seem to.) primarily due to a bottleneck at the cabinate makers, but the extra wait was well worth it. We would not hesitate to hire him again if the need arose.”

“We hired Gerald brothers on a recommendation of friends who were using them for a total house remodel. We wanted to remove all of the main level walls with the exception of the bedrooms and redesign the area. Dan was creative and very helpful in suggestions for layouts. He was always available if needed. All workers that he sent were very nice and meticulous in their work. We love our completed project and could not be happier with the results. We will be using them again for our lower level!”
