“Project in August 2013: Complete remodel of bathroom. Removed tub and enclosure. Built walk-in shower. Removed corner linen closet to free up more countertop space. Relocated plumbing and vent stack, to increase shower space, requiring trenching in foundation. Result:“I was impressed by the attention to detail and quality of work that was exhibited. I was able to provide timely input on small, but important design decisions that always come up during remodel projects. The crew arrived on time, when scheduled, and maintained a very clean work area. There was a high degree of continuity among crew. As a result, we really love the final result, and will kick off another project next year.””

“Our entire end to end home construction experience with Newport Homebuilders was excellent. Throughout the entire design, construction, and follow-up process, the team made a continuous effort to assure our requirements, expectations, and questions were managed in timely and thorough manner. We found Newport Homebuilders to be very flexible during the construction planning phase relative to assuring all of our nonstandard desires could be incorporated into our finished home. Unlike the big homebuilder companies, we were able to easily modify the base floor plan to include our personal design preferences into our final plans. The team was very accommodating and offered their perspective and guidance to be sure the changes we identified fit nicely with the overall design and layout. We also were very pleased with the generous list of features which were offered as standard, versus costly upgrades with competing homebuilders. Newport Homebuilders molding and trim package is second to none when compared to other homebuilders at this price point product. “Hawkins Siding and Exteriors did an amazing transformation on the exterior of my house. I had a ton of vinyl siding that we replaced with cement board, and that's were the project started. Not only did my siding need replaced, they found out my roof was in very bad shape as well. What could have been a two separate projects, ended up being one whole project. Damon was very pleasant to work with and did a great job staying on top of the job until it was completed. He went above and beyond to help in dealing with my insurance company and making sure the job was done to his and my expectations. If issues arose, he was quick to fix. I would highly recommend using them, and I have already referred them to other people. Thanks for getting my house updated and looking great. I get compliments all the time from the neighborhood.”

“Whatever you need, Robert is ON IT. On time, on budget, beautiful work, and he WRANGLES WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY so you don't have to. We hired Kodiak to stain our pool deck (at the recommendation of the local Sherwin Williams). Robert took one look at our roof and said, "You've got a lot of hail damage, see?" then showed us pics of the dings and dents we'd failed to notice. He met with the insurance adjuster a few days later and within a week we had a brand new roof. I then hired him to repair and seal our driveway. He powerwashed it THREE TIMES before putting the sealer on. A contractor with a conscience!”

“We can't say enough about Bryant Construction. They are honest, dependable and sincere. We have already referred them to several friends. We had used another company before we knew of this one and they took months to even start the job. Bryant Construction began right away at our convenience. They were also great to follow up with us along the way instead of us having to reach out to them. Great service! “This is the second remodel project we have done with USI Remodeling. Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. It is the central meeting place in our house and everyone compliments us on its breathtaking design and flawless attention to detail.
