They remodeled our kitchen and put on an addition to our home that included a sunroom with fireplace, an exercize room and a greatly enlarged master closet. Under the addition they put a basement which contains a man cave, a wine cellar and a lot of storage space. The company is professional and accommodating in its desire that the finished job be just what you want. Suggestions were made that enhanced the final outcome of our project. The detail of the workmanship is something we really enjoy in our home. We give this company a definite thumbs up!”

“Hired JD and his company to extend our deck, reinforce as needed and to install a glass panel in the middle of the deck railing to add some pop and allow a view of our pond. JD and his crew did an amazing job - they evaluated and reinforced the structure supporting deck (correcting many mistakes by the original builder); extended/rebuilt the deck itself (I know it is small but ALL the nails lines up straight); installed the deck rail and installed the reinforced, tempured glass section. They also stained the deck. They showed up on time every day on time, worked a full day, kept the work site clean and tidy - they also listened to my concerns about a nearby tree and wisteria - they took great care to keep both unharmed by the reconstruction. They offered many different options so I could get the featues I wanted - I think their prices were on target. I would hire them again in a heart beat.”

“Two months prior to my due date with our second child, a contractor we hired to rearrange our master bedroom walked off the job. We were left with half completed drywall, wires hanging from our ceiling, and a completely destroyed carpet. Seth and SDC came in and not only fixed the sub-par job the previous contractor had done, but exceeded all of our expectations. He is professional, courteous, and absolutely saved the day. Seth and SDC also converted the stairs in our 1942 cape cod from a dangerously steep angle. The end result was perfect. “In April of 2016, we began the search to find the best contractor in the Cincinnati area to build a new addition and remodel our house. It was a difficult process, and after interviewing several contractors I was about to give up until a contractor that had worked on my kitchen recommended Legacy Custom Builders LLC. He listened to my ideas and he worked with me to implement them. He made sure things turned out exactly as planned. Rob Kennedy is honest, caring, concerned, accountable, and clearly knows his business of building houses. Construction is not always a smooth and easy process. Things can arise at any time that are unexpected and to the home owner may seem overwhelming and insurmountable. However, Rob is always cool and has a plan of action. He is patient and takes the time to explain all of the options and is only concerned that the client is happy in the end. I can't thank him and his team enough for everything they did over the 6 month period to make things right and ensure everything was taken care of down to the last detail. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Legacy Custom Builders LLC. There are very few businesses...let alone contractors that are so honest and upfront with clients. “Kellco Group, LLC is the new Identifying Name for the former Keller Services. New name for the same outstanding personnel and company. Our experience began with a request for a pricing of a flooring and painting project to prepare our house for sale. As the project began there was an emergency plumbing project that one company quoted for $7,500.00. Keller did the project, including discovery of a major requirement undiscovered by the first company, for 40% of the cost quoted. Keller Services then removed a wall between the kitchen and family room, installed new flooring to 90% of the house, provided the finest paint job to all ceilings, walls and trim in the entire house, installed new lighting on the outside, installed pocket doors and closet doors, and fixed things that were broken without asking. Every night the house was available for meals and sleeping. We have added garage door and exterior painting to the project. We are so pleased we are staying in the home.”

“We worked with Alan Gerbus to build our home last year. He was incredible to work with. Start to finish he was very detail oriented. From design to production he consistently made sure that what we were doing lived up to our design goals. His subcontractors universally loved him and raved about how great he was. You always hear stories about building a custom home and how you need to be on top of your general contractor. We found that anything we noticed during the build, not only had Alan already seen it, but he usually had already taken steps to correct the issue. Quality was key for him. He didn't think the footers were deep enough so he ripped them out and had them re-poured. The first sub doing our stone work was not doing a good job so he fired them and got someone new and he made them redo the work already done. During design phase, several times he contacted us as he did not feel the design was what we were looking for and he worked and tweaked things to get it where it needed to be. We could not have asked for a better builder or better build experience!”
